1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nordevi Tech website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Nordevi Tech provides software development, web development, UI/UX design, cloud solutions, IT consulting, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work executed between us and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, the client retains full ownership of the final deliverables including source code, designs, and associated assets. Nordevi Tech retains the right to:

  • Display completed projects in our portfolio
  • Use non-confidential project information for marketing purposes
  • Retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used during development

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary content
  • Ensure you have the legal right to all materials, content, and assets provided to us
  • Make timely payments as outlined in the Service Agreement
  • Provide clear project requirements and promptly communicate any changes

5. Payments & Billing

Payment terms, including deposit amounts, milestone payments, and final balances, are specified in each Service Agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work until outstanding amounts are cleared.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nordevi Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, project details, and business data as confidential. Nordevi Tech will not share, sell, or distribute client confidential information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any intellectual property for work completed and paid for will be transferred to the client.
